But no, video games think they need to be movies for people to like them.
I can count on my handsβ¦how many video games Iβve played that have told stories worth ing. Honestly, even good games often have lousy stories filled with plot holes, and bad writing, and shallow charactersβ¦and that crap gets in the way of what video games should deliver. That being fun gameplay. So itβs a pretty sad state of affairs. Kind of makes me want to cry, but guess what. Only one video game has ever made me cry. And thatβs The Walking Dead. This is a video game with a story worth ing. In fact, this is a game with a story you wonβt forget.
So this is season two of The Walking Deadβall five able episodes released.And it picks up shortly after the events of the first season, in which we were introduced to a little girl named Clementine. A little girl whoβs journey has prompted a more emotional reaction from me than any other video game character, probably ever. But hereβs the thing, I donβt want to talk about it. One, because Iβm trying to get over it, and two, because I donβt want to spoil it. Seriously, you guys, if you havenβt played itβ¦go get season one right now. These episodes only take about 90 minutes a piece. And when you finish one, itβs impossible not to start the next one.
